Maun duties:
In order to fulfill the functions of electrical engineering and instrumentation required to:
Coordinates all E&I works
On behalf of the Customer to make technical supervision of E&I works and accept completed projects from contractors;
Monitor the planning and progress of capital works. Ensure compliance of works with the scope of work in terms of quality of work, materials and instruments. Ensure the use of only approved design documents and drawings. Ensure the application of appropriate standards, regulations, specifications and safety standards;
To participate in issues related to technical changes to the draft caused by the introduction of new designs, concepts and technologies that reduce costs and increase the efficiency of new and existing construction projects;
To participate in the review and coordination of the technical changes that have emerged in the course of construction, if necessary, to take timely effective solutions to issues associated with the replacement of materials, instruments, structures (with no loss of quality during construction);
Identify reasons, for instance, of deficient work and / or substandard materials. Take measures to prevent and eliminate such cases;
Carry out technical acceptance of the completed works and objects, prepare the technical documentation;
To participate in the Commission for acceptance of construction projects and putting into service;
Control issues regarding poor quality, defects and deficiencies within the period specified by the Commission;
Maintain records of completed electrical work and prepare the information needed to plan for capital construction;
Coordinate the activities of suppliers, specialists and inspectors to meet their responsibilities, and to maximize the performance of all work on time
